Welcome to The Muslims Hub (TMH) — a platform owned and operated by Astreox LLC, located at 4 Peddlers Row, Newark, DE 19702, United States.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website (https://themuslimshub.com), and any services we provide (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use TMH.
1. Eligibility

TMH provides a respectful space for Muslims worldwide to connect. You agree not to:

- Spread misinformation, engage in spam, or impersonate others.
- Violate intellectual property rights or legal regulations.
Accounts found violating these rules may be restricted or permanently removed.
5. AI-Powered Features
TMH offers AI tools, including summaries and recommendations. These features are informational only and should not be considered factual, legal, or religious advice.
While we aim for helpful results, we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of AI-generated content.
6. Halal Discovery & Location-Based Services
TMH helps users locate halal restaurants and services using third-party data and community input. We do not certify the halal status of listings. Users are encouraged to verify independently.
Location services are optional but may be required for full functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by TMH — including our logo, design, AI tools, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Astreox LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
TMH offers in-app purchases and subscription plans. By making a purchase:
- You agree to the pricing, payment, and renewal terms shown at checkout.
- Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided unless required by law.
Free trials are not currently offered.
9. Promotions & Contests
From time to time, we may offer contests, promotions, or sweepstakes. Participation is voluntary and subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements that will be disclosed at the time of the promotion.
10. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you agree that we may use them without compensation, acknowledgment, or obligation to you.
11. User Content and Third-Party Listings Disclaimer
TMH includes a variety of user-generated content (such as social posts, reviews, and comments), news summaries, and listings of halal restaurants, stores, and prayer spaces sourced from users and third parties.
While we strive to maintain a respectful and accurate platform, TMH does not verify or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content provided by users or third parties.
- For Halal listings and prayer locations: TMH does not certify or guarantee that any place is genuinely halal or follows specific religious standards.
- For news content: TMH may present summaries or curated links based on third-party sources. We are not liable for the accuracy or tone of original reporting.
- For community posts: Each user is responsible for what they share. TMH is not responsible for offensive, false, or misleading information posted by users.
If you believe any content or listing is inaccurate or harmful, you may use the in-app reporting feature to bring it to our attention. TMH will review flagged content but is not responsible for resolving disputes or taking legal action on your behalf.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Platform may link to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TMH without notice if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies.
- You engage in behavior harmful to the Platform or its users.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using in-app settings (if available).
